Logistics Management Support

GP Strategies has over 30 years of logistics management support to various military systems in support of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, RI and other Government activities. GP Strategies has provided logistic technical documentation and services for the following logistics elements:

Maintenance Planning Establishing maintenance concepts and requirements for the life cycle of a system.
Manpower and Personnel Identification and acquisition of personnel (military and civilian) with the skills and grades to operate, maintain, and support systems over their lifetime.

Training and Training Support Policy, processes, procedures, techniques, training aids devices simulators and stimulators (TADSS), and equipment used to train military and civilian personnel to acquire, operate, and support a system.
Computer Resources Support Identification and maintenance of facilities, hardware, software, documentation, manpower, and personnel to operate and support mission critical computer hardware/software systems.
Facilities Identification and maintenance of property assets required to support a system, including studies to define types of facilities or improvements, location, space needs, environmental requirements, and equipment.
Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHST) The combination of resources, processes, procedures, design, considerations, and methods to ensure that all system, equipment, and support items are preserved, packaged, handled, and transported properly.
Design Interfaces The maintenance of logistic-related design parameters to readiness and support resource requirements of a system. They include:
